This register problem is caused by the adBlocker you are using. Please disable it temporarily or register an account in another web browser. The CV will automatically be attached to that account once you login in the current browser.
No problem; the CV builder offers support for both the traditional as simplified Chinese characters. However, you need to select the supported font-family. Please go to the general settings in the top bar (the cog next to the colour options) and pick the right font in ‘choose font-family’ (the ones saying ‘traditional Chinese support’ or ‘simplified Chinese support’).
You can unsubscribe on the order history page; there is a ‘cancel subscription’ link within the ‘premium CV templates’ product block (please note that you need to be logged in). It shows the text ‘Premium until [date]’ if you have successfully cancelled the subscription
